Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • To request a refund, please email us at help@bihun.in.
  • Refunds are not applicable after the 14-day period.

After You Request a Refund

  • You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.

  • Any applicable items will be marked as returned or cancelled from your order.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • If you do not receive the refund within 10 business days, please contact us.
